Welcome to the Golf & Country Club Velderhof

GCC Velderhof invites you to enjoy our 27-hole championship course which offers a challenging round of golf for golfers of all abilities. The course was designed by Dieter Sziedat a well known german architect. This well designed course blends beautifully into the Rhineland scenery. Surrounded by forestry and meadowlands, Velderhof is a very peaceful and quiet course which is unusual for a course so close to a city and major roads.

The clubhouse has been integrated into the original listed buildings of Velderhofs old farm buildings, mixing old with new, has created very attractive surroundings. The clubhouse is equipped with a restaurant, lounge, mens and ladies locker rooms(incl. shower facilities), sauna and jacuzzi. There is also a separate function room, ideal for a small conference or private function. Our spacious and modern Pro Shop is very well stocked with major brands of hardware and textiles and run by Michael Hearn.

We are open to the public whether it is for a green fee, to use our large and modern driving range and practice facilities or just to enjoy a cup of coffee on our terrasse overlooking the course. We are still open to new memberships and charge no entrance fee, only an annual fee. If you are interested please check our very competitive prices.

Restaurant: The restaurant is situated in the converted farm buildings including an extension which overlooks the golf course and is an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the food and view. Our restaurant offers a comfortable country club setting, ideal for a quiet drink, lunch or dinner. Managed by Juliane and Christoph Paul.

Practice Falcilities: Our excellent practice facilities will help you fine-tune your game or with the help of our Michael Hearn Golf School we can help get you started in the game. Our spacious and modern range includes a two storey range hut and a tee where you can play from the grass. A recent addition to the range has been our indoor hall, ideal for winter practice or a video lesson. Our team of PGA Golf Professionals Michael Hearn, Jelto Kerkmann and Christopher Kociok are always on hand to give private lessons, beginner and intensive courses and of course company days.
